Creator of Fried Beer™ announces his new fried food for 2011 that will be available at the State Fair of Texas®.
Dallas, TX, August 30, 2011: Mark Zable was the winner of the 2010 State Fair of Texas, Big Tex Choice Awards for Most Creative with that amazing invention called Fried Beer™. Mark is back this year with another amazing new fried food.
Announcing: Deep Fried Biscuits and Gravy
Mark is taking biscuits and filling them with home-style cream gravy. Once filled, he is dipping them in a zesty batter and deep frying them until golden brown. They will be available during the State Fair of Texas which runs from September 30 – October 23. They will be available at both of his concession stands which are located on the Esplanade and in the Tower Building Food Court.

By using our patent pending process, we are able to place beer inside a salty pretzel like dough, and deep fry it. When you take a bite, beer pours out of the inside pocket of dough. We even had to get the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission to rule on our new product. The verdict... You have to be over the age of 21 to purchase Fried Beer™.
